They are what make it possible for <g id=\"gid_0\">components of larger process systems to be properly assembled, aligned or operated<\/g>. Because of their importance, their manufacturing accuracy must be uncompromising.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"663\">In one of our projects, we had the opportunity to carry out <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"592\">inspection measurements of an installation instrument<\/strong> that is part of a system for assembling <strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"660\">wind turbine<\/strong> blade components.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"727\">The challenge: control without the ability to physically adjust<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1038\">The components of the instrument were manufactured independently of the other parts of the system, which were made in another country. This meant that <g id=\"gid_0\">there was no way to directly check the fit of<\/g> individual components. The only way to verify the correctness of manufacture was through <strong data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1035\">accurate geometric measurements<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-29665\" src=\"https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1067\">Our task included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1269\">\n<li data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1128\">\n<p data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1128\">Checking <strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1115\">the dimensions of key <\/strong>components of the instrument,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1192\">\n<p data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1192\">control of <strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1189\">the position and <\/strong>geometric <strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1189\">interrelationships <\/strong>to the bases,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1269\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1269\"><strong>Comparison of the results<\/strong> with the design assumptions and technical specifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1429\">For the implementation, we used precision 3D measuring equipment, which allowed us to obtain reliable results even in hard-to-reach areas of the measured component.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1465\">Effect and benefits for the customer<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1618\">The results of the measurements were presented in the form of <strong data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1539\">a clear <\/strong>inspection <strong data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1539\">report <\/strong>, which confirmed the compliance of the workmanship of the parts with the technological requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1668\">Thanks to the inspection, the customer gained:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1919\">\n<li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1756\">Ensuring that the installation device is in <strong>accordance with the documentation<\/strong> and ready for installation,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"1856\">\n<p data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1856\"><strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1792\">minimize the risk of <\/strong>errors and financial losses associated with possible mismatches,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1919\">\n<p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1919\"><strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1916\">protection <\/strong>against delays and contractual penalties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1954\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-29666 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-3.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/treon.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/przyrzad-3-768x512.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/667;\" \/>Precision that gives confidence<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2286\">Dimensional inspection of installation instruments is not just a formal step &#8211; it is a key element in ensuring the safety and efficiency of the entire installation process.<br data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2121\">Thanks to modern measurement methods, you can be sure that each component &#8211; regardless of where it is manufactured &#8211; will fit perfectly at the time of installation.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2498\">Accuracy is a guarantee for the success of the entire project<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2498\">At <strong>TREON<\/strong>, we support our customers in verifying key technical components &#8211; from individual details to entire assembly systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"2094\">Feel free to <a href=\"https:\/\/treon.pl\/en\/contact\/\">contact<\/a> us &#8211; we will be happy to advise you and prepare an individual offer tailored to your needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Installation instruments play a key role in many industrial processes.
