What does our volume calculation service consist of?
Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) laser scanning is a technique for remotely measuring distances and creating three-dimensional surface models using laser radiation. Calculating the volume of heaps of material using LIDAR laser scanning involves accurately measuring the topography of an area or surface of a heap to determine the amount of material present (such as sand, coal, or other raw material). We can also calculate the dimensions of production halls and tank capacities.
