Positioning involves establishing a relationship between the values indicated by a given production instrument and the reference, designed, so-called nominal values. The instruments we set are, for example, welding jigs, measuring standards (gauges), templates, gauges and dies. All elements where correct geometric dimensions are key.

With our experience, we are able to set the geometry of production jigs to nominal dimensions and geometries. We can also indicate deviations of the surface from the 3D CAD model so that corrections can be made quickly and bring the instrument to baseline values.
